Three-stage paint removal process
- The process is chemical, not thermal, therefore there is no heat distortion of the metal, simply a clean finish ready for re-painting.
- We can remove paint, polyester powder coating.
- We can remove conversion coatings and anodising in small volumes - please ask for details.
- The stripping tanks contain alkali-accelerated solvent-based immersion fluid free from hydrocarbons, phenols and cresols and the plant dimensions are the same as those in our powder coating plant so if we can powder coat your components we can also paint strip them.
- Our customers will benefit from faster paint stripping with just three stages and no heat involved.
- Old paint can be removed and material re-coated in a different colour.
- Any coating rejected at final inspection can be easily removed before reprocessing the material to the original specification, thereby improving customer service.
